Taste different yet somewhat familiar Ingredients:
2 acorn squash |
1 pkg maple sausage |
4 t spoons brown sugar |
1 t spoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Cut squash in half remove seeds 2. cover with paper towel heat in microwave for 10 min 3. brown sausage pour off grease 4. put pinch of nutmeg in each squash half 5. put 1 T spoon brown sugar in each squash half 6. fill rest of squash with sausage 7. place on lasagna pan with 1/4 inch water in botton 8. bake for 30-45 min at 350 9. test with fork for tenderness |
