Acorn Pancakes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup white flour
1 cup acorn meal
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons oil
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredient.
2. Separately mix liquid ingredients.
3. Pour just enough liquid into the flour mix to make a good batter. - DO NOT OVER-MIX!
4. Spoon the batter into a greased frying pan.
5. Fry till golden, flipping once.
6. Top your pancakes with your favorite syrup and serve hot!
