1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1/2 cup water |
3 teaspoons chili powder |
1 1/2 cups minute rice |
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine tomato sauce water and chili powder in medium saucepan. 2. Bring to a full boil. 3. Stir in rice. 4. Cover remove from heat and let stand for 10 mins. 5. Sprinkle with tortilla chips and cheese. |
