This easy açai dressing pairs perfectly with spring green salads topped with chicken.  Not only does it taste great, but açai juice provides nutritional punch.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup açai juice blend (such as sambazon original blend)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons grated orange rind
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
