Absolutely Best Healthy Pancakes

this recipe isnt THE healthiest, but better than plain ol' pancakes... works for me.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups instant oatmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 -4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
3/4-1 cup nonfat milk (depends on how thick your batter is)
2 beaten eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
1/2 cup finely grated carrots or 1/2 cup baby pureed carrot
3/4 cup golden raisin
Directions:
1. beat all ingredients but the last three.
2. stir in last three ingredients.
3. batter will be thick.
