This recipe comes from the ABS Diet Ingredients:
12 ounces flank steaks |
4 whole wheat tortillas |
1/2 cup jalapeno pepper, sliced |
2 small white onions |
1 cup red bell pepper, sliced |
2 tablespoons cilantro |
4 pinches cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
4 pinches black pepper |
4 tablespoons salsa, with cilantro |
4 pinches salt |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cut meat diagonally and across the grain into thin strips (freezing it for 20 min first helps a lot). 2. Place in a zip-top bag with all other ingredients. Shake well to combine. Take out of bag and place meat mixture into a skillet that’s preheated to medium-high heat. 3. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness, turning frequently. 4. Serve with whole wheat tortillas and salsa. |
