Smoothie recipe taken from the Abs Diet book. Ingredients:
1 scoop low-fat orange sherbet |
1/2 cup cantaloupe |
1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese |
1/2 cup low-fat milk |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1 tablespoon vanilla whey protein powder |
3 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. add all ingrediants to blender and blend until smooth. |
