Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups chicken broth, college inn
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 teaspoons ground thyme
1 cup white wine
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a small bowl, whisk chicken broth, wine and herbs together.
3. Place Chicken in shallow baking dish and pour wine mixture over chicken.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
