I found this recipe for baked chicken for my sister, Ann Blair, years ago online - I'm not sure if she ever made it, but I just came across it again, and thought I'd post - that way I might remember to try it! Ingredients:
1 (3 lb) whole chickens, cut up into pieces |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix |
1 cup dry sherry |
Directions:
1. Oven 350. 2. Combine soup, soup mix, and sherry and pour over chicken parts. 3. Cover and bake 1 hour. |
