Great rolls. Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup softened butter |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
3/4 tsp salt |
4 cups bread flour |
2-1/2 tsp rapid-rise yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in machine according to manufacturer's directions. Use the dough cycle. Remove the dough from the machine when cycle is complete. Knead slightly on a floured surface. Divide & shape into 24 smooth rolls. Place the rolls 3/4 apart on greased cookie sheet. Cover the rolls with a cloth & allow them to double in size in a warm place. Bake 350F for about 18 minutes. When you remove them from the oven brush with melted butter. 2. NOTE: Because this is a large recipe, I stopped the dough cycle on my machine 10 minutes before it was finished.
