Ingredients:
4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup pineapple chunks
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 orange
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Place cabbage, carrots and pineapple into a large bowl.
2. Mix dressing by whisking all ingredients together until creamy.
3. Thoroughly blend dressing and vegetables then refrigerate or serve immediately.
