Great addition on hot dogs. Best way I love them!! Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chuck |
3 tbsp. dried onion soup |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/2tsp. black pepper |
1 tbsp. dry mustard |
1/3 cup ketchup |
1 tsp. chili powder |
1 tbsp.vinegar |
1 small onion diced |
dash garlic powder |
dash worcestershire sauce |
1 tbsp. cumin ( i use a little less) |
water as needed |
Directions:
1. Put ground chuck throgh food processor and grind as fine as possible ( this is the secret to this sauce) 2. Combine all ingredients 3. Simmer 20 minutes. 4. Place hot dog in bun.Top with mustard. Add a whole lot of finely chopped onion on top. 5. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!! |
