Yummy almost guilt free recipe that is a Fall favorite at my house. Ingredients:
3 5/8 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder |
1 1/4 tablespoons baking powder |
3/8 tablespoon salt |
5/8 tablespoon cinnamon |
5/8 teaspoon nutmeg |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup molasses |
1 1/2 cups water |
3/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened |
1/4 cup canola oil |
2 cups pumpkin, canned |
1 cup walnuts |
1 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until moistened and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. 2. 1 Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 216 Calories |
