A recipe based on the Japanese TV series BakuRyuu Sentai Abaranger. Ingredients:
4 cups steamed japanese rice |
2 onions |
2 potatoes |
2 carrots |
1 clove garlic |
1/4 lb japanese curry roux |
3 1/2 cups water |
1/2 lb chicken or 1/2 lb pork or 1/2 lb beef |
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes, carrots, and choosen meat into small pieces. 2. Slice onions. 3. Heat a deep pan and saute the onions until brown. 4. Add choosen meat, potatoes, carrots and garlic in the pan and saute together. 5. Add water in the pan and bring to a boil. 6. Turn heat down to low and cook for 40-50 minute. 7. Add potatostarch and water mixture in the soup to thicken. 8. Add curry roux and simmer for 10 minute Serve the curry over steamed rice. |
