according to your taste or 2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Aalo orbhindi ko wash kijiye.Iske baad bhindi ko sukhane ke liye khule mai rakh dijiye nahi to kitchen towel se usse poch lijiye. Iske baad bhindi ko gol-gol katiye or aalo ko bhi medium size mai kat lijiye.Ab onion ko lamba-lamba or thoda mote-mote size mai kaat lijiye or green chilli ko barik-barik katiye. 2. An kadayi mai oil gharam kijiye. oil achchi tarah garam hone par usmai meethi daane daliye or unke halka brown hone par usmai onion daliye.Ab aalo ko oil mai daliye or light brown hone tak dhire-2 hilate rahiye.Brown hone par is mai onion daaliye or 3-4 minute tak hilayiye phir bhindi daal ke 7-8 minute tak tej gas par hilate rahe or fry kare. 3. Iske baad ismai haldi powder,salt and red chilli powder daal ke achchi tarah milaye or 8-10 minute ke liye dhak ke rakhiye. 4. phir gharam gharam parosiye. |
