Very quick easy and healthy. Ingredients:
1 chicken breast half |
1 tablespoon reduced-fat peanut butter |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1/4 cup salsa |
1/4 onion |
1/3 bell pepper |
1/2 small zucchini |
3/4 cup broccoli |
1 mushroom |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients and marinate over night. 2. Vegetables can be to your liking. 3. After marinating combine over medium heat until chicken is done. 4. Enjoy. |
