This is what happens when a vegetarian doesn't have a date on Friday night! I'm still working on this recipe so the measurements are sort of estimated. Feel free to get creative!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soft tofu
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 banana
1/8 cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
ice (optional)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
2. Enjoy!
