This is what happens when a vegetarian doesn't have a date on Friday night! I'm still working on this recipe so the measurements are sort of estimated. Feel free to get creative! Ingredients:
1/2 cup soft tofu |
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter |
2 teaspoons honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 banana |
1/8 cup oatmeal |
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened) |
ice (optional) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. 2. Enjoy! |
