Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
salsa
crushed pineapple, to taste
coconut, to taste
1/3 cup low-sugar apricot preserves
1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons coconut milk
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 -2 tablespoon dark rum
Directions:

2. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
