This recipe is unbelievable! Even those who swear they don't like pumpkin pie LOVE this one! Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can libby pumpkin |
2 large eggs, beaten lightly |
1 cup white sugar |
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar, packed |
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon allspice |
1 (12 ounce) can carnation instant milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F Cook at 425F for 15 minutes. 2. Reduce heat to 350F and cook 40-50 minutes, until entire pie is raised across top. |
