2 cups mixed berries (like raspberries, blackberries and strawberries) |
1 cup plain yogurt or 1 cup dessert tofu |
1 ripe banana |
1/2-1 cup apple juice |
10 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Put fruit in blender. 2. Add any kind of juice. 3. Blend away. |
