Based on a recipe from the January/February 2011 issue of WeightWatchers magazine. This is featured as a 10 minute breakfast for one.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 pinch cinnamon
1/4 cup whole wheat couscous
1/2 small pear, diced
Directions:
1. In small saucepan bring milk and cinnamon just to a boil.
2. Stir in couscous.
3. Remove pan from heat; cover and allow to stand 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle pear over top and serve.
