A homemade seafood burger for the summer Ingredients:
1/2 lbs fish (any white fish will do) |
1/2 lbs shrimp |
1/2 scallops |
1 -2 eggs |
1 tbsp mayonnaise |
1 onion, finely diced |
1 scallion |
1 lemon |
1/2 -1 tsp dijon mustard |
pinch pepper |
pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients. Shape into burger size patties. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness. If cooking indoors, fry in light olive oil. Serve on your favorite bun with tartar sauce or shrimp sauce or alone with a salad. 2.
