This makes a elegant side dish to a beef dinner that is different and so easy to make. Not your traditional aspic...Enjoy! :) Ingredients:
1 pkg. lemon jello |
1/2 c. cottage cheese |
1/2 c. crushed, drained pineapple |
3/4 c. mincemeat |
1/2 c. chopped pecans |
garnish: creme fraiche |
Directions:
1. Make Jello with regular directions from the box. 2. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. 3. Pour in flat dish, individual molds or parfait glasses. 4. Chill for 2-4 hours till serving. 5. Garnish with creme fraiche....:) |
