Basically it's chicken in cream soups with a hit of onion. Believe it or not this turned out real good. The consitency of the soup mixes will be a bit on the thick side so if you want a creamier sauce add one can of water before putting it into the oven. Enjoy! Ingredients:
5 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 (15 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (15 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
2 (8 ounce) cans undrained mushrooms |
1 (8 ounce) packet onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 13x9 baking dish empty the 2 cans of soup mix and mix together with a wire wisk until well blended. Dump in mushrooms liquid and all, mix again with wire wisk; add chicken. Open onion soup mix and sprinkle across the chicken, flip chicken over. Put into the oven and bake for 20 minutes, take out flip chicken and bake for another 15 minutes. |
