A Big Leaf Salad

Ingredients:
1 head lettuce
3 tomatoes, sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons oil, any kind (2 tblsp.)
1/2 lb beef, sliced
mayonnaise
2 tablespoons tapioca starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce (1 tblsp.)
Directions:
1. Mix beef with sugar, salt, and soy sauce. Add tapioca starch. Heat oil in fry pan. Crush the garlic with the side of a knife and stir it in the oil until it turns black. Add beef, stirring until it does not stick to the pan while cooking. Using an oval-shaped dish, place lettuce leaves around the dish. Place cooked beef in the center of the dish. Place tomato slices around the beef. Top with dabs of mayonnaise.
