Since I've been on a Smoothie kick, I wanted to make another one using berries. If you want you can use frozen or fresh berries. I use frozen. Add more honey if your berries are tart. Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries |
1 cup frozen sliced strawberries |
1/3 cup honey |
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1 cup 2% low-fat milk (more or less depending on how thick you want it.) |
strawberry (to garnish) |
blueberries (to garnish) |
whipped topping |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender, except garnish and whipped topping. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Pour into glasses and add topping and berries for garnish. |
