I make this as a side to pair with BBQ pretty often and never regret it. Ingredients:
2 carrots |
2 shallots or green onions |
1/2 cup of bean sprouts |
1/2 cup of red cabbage |
1/2 cup green bell pepper |
3/4 cup chopped broccoli |
1 stalk celery |
1 tsp dry mustard |
2 tsp curry powder |
3 tsp garlic powder |
1 tbsp dark soy sauce |
1 tbsp grapeseed oil |
1 tbsp balsamic vinegear |
Directions:
1. Chop the veggies 2. Mix in dry ingredients first than coat with wet ingredients while tossing gently. |
