This is really yummy for a summer cook out. Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken pieces |
1/2 cup canola oil |
1/2 cup soy sauce (may use low salt) |
1 cup carbonated lemon-lime beverage |
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) |
Directions:
1. Marinate 6-8 hours. Works very well with boneless chicken breasts. 2. Grill chicken for 5 minutes, or until done. |
