A Blast from the Past!

Ingredients:

1 box lemon flake cake mix

1 box instant pineapple pudding

4 eggs

1/2 cup cooking oil

10 ounces 7-up soda

1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

1/2-1 cup butter or 1/2-1 cup margarine

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 eggs

2 tablespoons cornstarch or 2 tablespoons flour

1 cup coconut (optional)

Directions:

1. Mix together above ingredients.
2. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
3. Bake at 325 for 30 to 35 minutes.
4. FROSTING-.
5. Mix and cook until thick.
6. Add coconut.
7. Let cake cool before icing.
