Fluffy white icing Ingredients:
2 c. powdered sugar |
6 t. hot water |
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar |
1/4 tsp. salt |
2 egg whites |
2 tsp. vanilla |
Directions:
1. Put tartar, salt, egg whites in chilled mixing bowl. Bring sugar and water just to a boil in a covered saucepan. Add hot syrup to mixer while blending on high speed. Add vanilla. Beat until soft peaks form. Will frost 9x13 cake or 2 layers. |
