Got this from another group and wanted to share here..Great for left over ham... Ingredients:
1 cup peeled cubed cooked potatoes |
1 cup cubed cooked smoked ham |
1 cup diced hard cooked egg (3 eggs) |
1 cup cubed apple |
1 cup cubed peeled cucumber |
1 cup diced onion ( i use 1/2 cup) |
1 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing |
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper |
chopped parsley for garnish |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except parsley. Refrigerate, covered, 2 2. hours. Garnish with parsley. MAKES 6 SERVINGS.* |
