Ingredients:

4 tablespoon(s) butter |
3 tablespoon(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 eggs beaten |
1 tablespoon(s) yeast well-rounded |
4 cup(s) flour |
Directions:
1. Scald: milk 2. Add: butter, eggs, sugar and salt. Let cool. 3. Dissolve: yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. 4. Add: 4 cups flour 5. Dough is sticky. Let raise 20 minutes. Roll out on floured board. Cut into rolls and let rise until double in size. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. |
