Really good source of bran. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) box of all bran 100% all-bran cereal |
5 cups flour |
1 cup shortening, melted |
3 cups sugar |
1 quart buttermilk |
5 teaspoons baking soda |
4 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. 2. Bake in muffin tins on 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes. 3. Store in air tight containers and refrigerate for up to 6 weeks. |
