This is a very simple recipe to make on those school sports nights or for simple dinner fare. Great old fashioned taste. Enjoy! :) Ingredients:
* 1-2 lb. beef stew meat |
* 2 or 4 carrots, chunked |
* red 1 onion, minced |
* 2 large potatoes, chunked |
* 1 bay leaf |
* dash of worcestershire |
* 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup |
* water |
*fresh peas |
Directions:
1. Put raw meat and other ingredients(no peas) in ungreased casserole. 2. Add soup and 1/2-3/4 cup water. 3. Bake in oven at 250 degrees F for 6-7 hours. 4. Upon serving sprinkle with fresh peas. 5. Serve with crusty bread and salad. |
