Great for potlucks, picnics, or big family get togethers. This is no-cook, but takes 6 hours of refrigeration.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can green beans
1 (16 ounce) can wax beans
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
1/2 cup green pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1/2 cup salad oil (vegetable oil)
1/2 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
2. blend together the remaining ingredients and Pour over vegetables.
3. Cover tightly.
4. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
