A healthy breakfast. Throw it in the crock pot before bed time and wake up to a sweet smelling house. Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons bulgur wheat |
2 1/2 tablespoons brown rice |
2 tablespoons barley |
2 tablespoons quinoa |
1/4 cup rolled oats |
1 cup apple, diced |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
3 cups water |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in crock pot. Mix well. 2. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. 3. Stir before serving. 4. Add more water if needed. |
