I woke up at 5 am and made these. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups wheat flour |
1 cup canned pumpkin puree |
1 egg |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 banana |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup dried cranberries |
1/4 cup pecans |
1/4 cup flax seed |
some nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves (mostly nutmeg or cinnamon) |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients while dancing to K-os in a kimono and flip-flops at 5 am, drop by the spoonful onto foil-covered cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 10 minute. |
