Yummy barbequed chicken recipe...just in time for summer! :) Ingredients:
2 tbs. canola oil |
2 tsp. five spice powder |
1 tbs. soy sauce |
2 chicken legs |
2 chicken thighs |
2 chicken wings |
Directions:
1. Mix the oil, five spice powder and soy sauce in a bowl. 2. Add the chicken, toss it all together well to evenly coat the chicken, cover and allow to marinate in the fridge for 3 hours, or overnight. 3. When it's time to cook, heat a grill to a medium setting. 4. Cook the chicken on low and slow, turning frequently to ensure even cooking and less burning. 5. This will take about 15 to 20 minutes. 6.
