From WW All Time Favorites. Per Serving (1 tuna steak): 226 cal, 9g fat, 1g carb, 0g fiber, 33g protein Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce, reduced sodium |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks (about 1-1/2 inches thick) |
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper in large ziplock bag; add tuna. Marinate in fridge for 30 minute. 2. Spray grill rack with nonstick spray; preheat to med-high heat. 3. Place tuna on grill rack. Grill until browned but still pink in center, about 6 min on each side for med-rare. 4. 5 points plus per tuna steak. |
