Couldn't be easier! Ingredients:
12 jumbo shrimp or 12 prawns, peeled and deveined |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
tabasco sauce |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
4 tablespoons sherry wine |
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and stir fry the prepared shrimp or prawns for 2-3 minutes until pink. 2. Add the sherry to the pan; stir and continue to cook for 30 seconds until the shrimp are very fragrant. 3. Season with Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately. |
