This chutney goes well for finger licking too...! Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh mint leaves |
1 medium onion |
2 pinches salt |
3 teaspoons sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 fresh green chili |
1 tomato |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Put all the above in the blender and blend till smooth. 2. Use on sandwiches, as a dip, with your favourite kebabs, scones! |
