                    My favorite is the butterscotch but I have done the chocolate, too and they both turn out great. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2/3 cup carnation evaporated milk  |  
                                                1 2/3 cups white sugar  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                2 cups miniature marshmallows  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups chocolate or 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips  |  
                                                1 teaspoon vanilla  |  
                                                1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix milk, sugar and salt in a heavy saucepan, over med-high heat. 2. Heat to boiling. 3. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 4. Remove from heat, and add other ingredients. 5. Stir until marshmallows are all melted. 6. Pour into buttered 9  square pan. 7. Cool and cut into squares.                              |
