Easy, fast, inexpensive. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can low sodium chicken broth |
1 1/2 tablespoons chinese wine |
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Bring broth to boiling. 2. Mix Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch in bowl; add to broth and stir. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Scramble egg, drizzle and stir into soup. 5. Serve. |
