5 Minute Cream Corn Soup

This is so easy and quick. Hubby LOVES this for some reason and so do people I make it for. I dont like corn much but it is good. I primarily make this for people with colds the ginger and broth is very soothing and helpful.
Ingredients:
4 cups chicken or vegetable stock
2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans cream corn soup
2 chopped green onions
1 tsp cornstarch with 4 tsp's water(slurry)
a few drops sesame oil
2-4 slices ginger(optional)
Directions:
1. bring broth to boil
2. Stir in soy sauce and salt and pepper
3. Add corn. Bring to reboil.
4. Give the slurry a quick restir and add to soup stirring quickly to thicken.
5. Stir in green onion.
6. Add ginger if desired.
7. Finish with drops of sesame oil.
8. Serve!
