easy recipe, delicious topped with minced jalapenos, jack cheese and sour cream. I usually serve it with corn bread or muffins and a green salad. Ingredients:
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans cans chili style chunky tomatoes |
15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed |
11 ounces mexican-style corn, drained |
Directions:
1. Pour all ingredients into a medium saucepan. 2. Heat over medium heat for about 4 minutes, stirring ocassionaly. |
