A tasty hot bisque that is ready in a snap! Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 can evaporated milk |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat tomatoes in a sauce pan. 2. Add butter, S& P. 3. Add evaporated milk. 4. Heat thru but be careful not to boil. 5. Serve with saltines. |
