This is from TOH 5-ingredient cookbook. Easy and tasty. Try it with some cornbread or biscuits. Yummy! Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
3 (28 ounce) cans baked beans |
1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice |
1 (11 1/2 ounce) can v8 vegetable juice |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope chili seasoning mix |
Directions:
1. In a dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. 2. Stir in the remaining ingredients. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. |
