From WW All Time Favorites. Per Serving (2 slices pork and 2 tbsp sauce): 167 cal, 4g fat, 8g carb, 0g fiber, 27g protein Ingredients:
1 lb pork tenderloin |
1/2 cup soy sauce, reduced sodium |
1 tablespoon ginger, minced fresh |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon light brown sugar, packed |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
2 scallions, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Spray a large nonstick skillet with spray and set over medium-high heat. 2. Add the prok and cook until browned on all sides, about 6 minute 3. Transfer the pork to a 5-6 quart slow cooker. 4. Combine the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl; pour over the pork. 5. Cook, covered, until fork tender (3-4 hrs on high or 6-8 hrs on low). 6. Transfer to cutting board and cut into 8 slices. 7. Serve with sprinkled scallions. 8. 4 Points Plus yields 2 slices pork and 2 tbsp sauce. |
