4-Cheese Summer Pasta Supper |

Got the recipe from an old Kraft cookbook. My kids grow up with it, and they still devour the pasta every time I make it. Ingredients:
1/2 lb linguine |
2 medium zucchini, cut in narrow strips |
2 cups kraft 4 cheese italian shredded cheese |
4 tomatoes, chopped |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup chopped parsley |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta. 2. Add zucchini during last 2 minutes of cooking. 3. Drain and then return to saucepan. 4. Add half the cheese to pasta; mix. 5. Combine tomatoes, garlic, parsley and basil. 6. Stir into pasta mixture. 7. Garnish with remaining cheese. 8. Serve immediately. |
