4 Bean Salad Cider Vinegar Dressing

Best if let sit overnight or at least a few hours. I take leftovers to work for lunch. Add some cubed cheese and meat (pepperoni, turkey breast) and it's a meal.
Ingredients:
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/3 c. veg. oil
1 can cut wax beans, drained and rinsed
1 can cut green beans, drained and rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained and rinsed
3/4 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 c. sliced thin celery
Directions:
1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients in small bowl for the dressing. Set aside.
2. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl and toss with dressing. Let sit room temp. 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
